From time to time we get an incidence of "tummy bugs" in school. If children have sickness or diarrhoea we ask parents to keep them away from school for 48 hours after it ceases. This gives a chance for you to see if it has completely cleared or developed into something more serious. It also helps prevent the germs from spreading to other children and staff.
This policy is in accordance with guidance given from Public Health England.
